My car was undriveable - I had called this Safelite and Brett Foster was incredibly helpful, responsive and informative.
Both installers who came to help were the same - professional, knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.
Unfortunately, it was always raining on my THREE appointment days (LOL), so I had to reschedule every time. That meant I was without a car for weeks.
Today, the forecast said rain again (and it looked like it would start any moment) - but the installer, Jacob, called first thing, and said that if I wanted, he was happy to come and try to get it in before the rain.
He came and worked like a madman to get it done (because of the damage it wasn't a simple swap), and finished just as the rain began. I was so appreciative.

For what could have been an ongoing misery, these guys were the best.
I'll never call anyone else, and I'll recommend them to everyone I know.
