Over the past few weeks I have had very negative experiences when it comes to flying jet blue as have people that I have expressed this concern with. The first problem that I encountered was when my departing flight was delayed for 5 hours. However, the reason I originally found out was because a fellow passenger had service dogs and they had to inform of the delay. The delay was not posted until right before we would have originally boarded meaning they were aware prior and didn’t inform us. Another flight within the same week was cancelled and passengers were on standby for 9 hours. More recently, a flight was cancelled for an hour and then another before being cancelled as well. The next flight they could book would be a day later. Oh and while we were waiting, we saw a mouse.
