I recently took my golden retriever to unleashed pet styles in east alton and was extremely dissapointed. When the dog was first dropped off, we were given attitude about the size of the dog when his weight was given at the time the appointment was made. Upon calling when our dog was finished the owner was very rude and upcharged by $15 of the clearly marked sign in the store (lg dogs $65) and then was told that our dog attempted to bite through her brand new cage, which is something he has never done before. Also we were informed that he had an accident in the cage and she was forced to clean it up and would be charged another $10 on top of the $80 price. My dog is a very loving and calm creature, never to hurt a fly or open his mouth to bite anything. When my dog returned home for the remained of the night cowered when anyone came near him, kept his head down all night and would not attempt to get any kind of attention, which is completely out of character for him. I would like to know what actually happened to my pet in the few hours he spent there. Never will I return to this place and will tell everyone I know to do that same.

Jamie is so courteous and wonderful with my dogs. HSe goes the extra mile to take care of her human client as well as the fur client. I recommend her to anyone in the area.
