You'd think considering the whole country is in a pandemic and every other company is doing something to help there customers who are out of work. That Capital auto loan would too. Nope. I called and told them my situation thinking they'd have some kind of stop payment or something to accommodate but nope explained how I'm living in San Diego and how it's obviously more locked down and will be for atleast another month. Still nope they told me the only option they MAYBE could do for me is a deferment on a payment I missed 5 days ago and but thats it well I also seen in previous reviews you guys do that regardless... So nice job trying to make it sound like you're helping me out by doing something you already offer to all customers at anytime. Pretty greedy move if you ask me and of course next month they're not doing nothing to help. So if you expect anything more than greed and completely rude staff go somewhere else.... My cellphone and credit card company and housing is all working with me until this is over as you'd think most people would. Nope not capital auto. Especially in a time like right now definitely proves my point. Great busines skills if you worked in the mafia.... Wouldnt recommend them to anyone and definitely plan to refinance through someone else as soon as this virus is over. I've talked to others and I've heard other car loans helping them during a pandemic. Not capital auto loans 👎👎👎 my names Lucus Halbert feel free to look up my account and call me if you'd like to explain why you're not helping your customers out during a WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC. Offering a deferment you already offer customers isn't doing anything thats a joke! Made me use my 1 deferment in a time that everyone needs it but nope you only get one. Again what a joke..
