Hendricks, CPC is the co-founder and owner of the National Recruiting Service. Originally established in 1977 as a professional recruitment firm, the company has grown into an innovative human resource firm offering retained search, contingency search, psychological evaluations and outplacement services. A native of Ohio, Mr. Hendricks has earned Associate and Bachelor Degrees from Indiana State University and a Post Baccalaureate Certificate from Indiana University in Human Resource Management. Active in numerous community and professional organizations, Mr. Hendricks continues to participate as a past President of the Indiana State University Alumni Association and past Assistant District Governor, President and Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International. Mr. Hendricks has been recognized nationally in Who's Who in America and Who's Who in the World. He is also an Elder in the Presbyterian Church. Mr. Hendricks has earned the designation of Certified Personnel Consultant, CPC. This distinction is conferred upon the successful completion of an examination and the satisfaction of rigid ethical and experience requirements.
