I've been studying martial arts at Karate International for over 10 years. The school provides excellent physical and mental training, self-defense skills and everyday life training. There is a focus on developing the whole person as a martial artist so that skills learned in the dojo can translate over into life and help one become a better student, professional, parent, spouse, etc. And, all of this is accomplished in a family atmosphere! Karate International is a great place to train and an awesome family to be a part of!

My daughter has been a student for over 2.5 yrs and has grown so much. She started out as a very shy little girl in many areas of her life. She participates in a lot of the competitions and now she is very self-confident. The school is also full of some of the most mature middle and high school students, many of whom are black belts, and I feel they are amazing role models. My daughter has made some very good friends from this dojo and I wouldn't give this school up for anything!
