CLOSED NOW - Opens at 10:45am

I placed a to go order at 10:30 pm (they close at 11) I placed it TO GO to save THEIR time & not have to keep them past close out of respect. Well when we drive to town to pick up our to go order that says it will be ready at 10:45, they say they don't have our order and the last order they have to go is from an hour ago and wasn't ours. Didn't offer to take our order or ask to see our confirmation email or anything. When we get home I call and ask to speak to a manager about this issue. She was very rude and did not seem to care about the situation at all or come up with a solution even after me telling her why I got it to go to begin with... to save HER AND HER EMPLOYEES STAYING LATE BECAUSE WE WERE DINING IN. Literally so enraged right now and have honestly never had great experience here to begin with. Restaurant is cluttered and servers are usually rude. I have worked in the restaurant business so I understand how things can be it just blew my mind how little the "manager" cared.

This place is exceptional. They have so many things to choose from. Shrimp, Steak, Appetizers, and so much more. They even have mixed drinks that are very good. They also have great service. It is worth every penny spent.
