Awful service. I have been using this company for about ten months. I have to call at least once a month to ask them to come pick up our trash because they've skipped us. We pay additional for recycle pick up and it has not been picked up for 6 straight weeks. I call them each week to notify them but it doesn't matter. Still hasn't been picked up. I'm canceling.

pickup

after calling to see why my trash wasn't picked up last week (they hit my neighborhood sooner than usual, my fault), I noticed this week the truck go right passed my container. I called again and they assured me it would be picked up. I wasn't. A nasty letter is going into the mail rather than call the unfriendly receptionist again. I paid thru Feb. Who know what I will get in the next 2 months if I really ticked off the girl who answers the phone.

So far, I have been with them less than a month. All I have to say is sometimes you get what you pay for. I missed the Thanksgiving holiday pick up. I called to ask them to come back to pick up trash. I offered to pay extra for them to pick up trash. They kept promising me they would come back to pick up trash, but never did. I called several times and the day after I was told they would come back out to pick up trash, I called and I was told their driver had issues. So, why they kept lying about coming back out to pick up trash...I have no idea. I am looking for a new trash service pick up.

I've had nothing but horrible experience with this company. When I first began using Top Notch I was always having to call the office to have the truck come back because they would always skip us. They aren't consistent like other trash companies. Almost every individual that has come out to pick up our trash has been rude. Top Notch may be the cheapest trash company, as it surely shows with poor customer service, but I think at this point I'd rather pay a little more for consistency and great customer service.

They have always been helpful when I ring the office for advice on my cc payment, what is recycle as opposed to trash, etc.! The fellows on the trucks are always friendly and helpful....great service!

Terrible experience. I called them to set up service on a Monday. They said our normal guy that delivers trash cans is sick but we will get one out to you as soon as possible 12 days later still no trash can. I have called and complained and they have done nothing about it

I have had nothing but a great experience with Top Notch. The guys on the truck are friendly & if you have large items you can schedule a pick up for a small fee. They are less than other trash haulers & anytime I have called they are quick & effective with answers. I think they are a 5 star! ����

I love this company. they are way cheaper then anywhere else. When I ordered a new trash bin and it hadn't come in yet, they gave me 3 free months of trash pick up since I had to wait. Also, one time I had thought I paid, but I had actually forgot, when I called and explained that I didn't get paid for 2 more weeks, they owner said it would not be a problem and still continued to pick up my trash.

Bad customer service...poor billing practice

4x's in less then a yr they have failed to record my payment and so did not pick up my trash till i call with receipt in hand. I was told today that their billing company knows what they are doing, so I guess he was blaming me! I'm beginning to think the $10 I'm saving is not much of a savings, I'd rather pay the extra $10 and know my trash is going to be picked up. We tried to use them to help the small family business, guess thats not always best!

We started with this company for 2 reasons, one to help a family run business, two because it is $10 cheaper then the cheapest big trash company. But 4 times they have not recorded my payment and I have to call, they made me feel this morning that I was lying about my payment saying their billing co knows what their doing. Clearly not. I paid over the phone after they were slow recording my money order payment so I thought over the phone it would be recorded right then, not the case, still had to call when they didn't pick it up. One more time and I would rather pay the extra $10 to the trash company that never failed to pick up my trash.

BAD SERVICE!!!!!

they are the worst trash company I paid for a 3 month service and they never picked up every week I had to call them a lot to ask y my trash wasn't picked up then I didn't pay for the next 3 months due to hard time and when I finally called to have it restored they wanted me to pay them for 2 months I never had trash picked up and told me if I don't pay them for feb and jan then they wont pick up again um im sry if u don't pick my stuff up I don't have to pay for it they always have attitudes and they leave your trash laying on ground if it drops out of containers!!!!!!!
