I can't tell you how impressed I was at the service I received yesterday from Superior! The owner is very polite and the mechanic is an automotive expert! I brought my HHR in to have the key FOB's programmed. The mechanic had me ready and out of there in around half an hour plus offered some advice on other issues I may have been experiencing! The cost was half of others in the valley I called about doing the same thing! I've found my new local car repair place!

Capable of good work, but be warned of stealth charges on your bill. They will quote you one 'out-the-door' price on the phone, but then nail you with stealth 'service' up-charges when you try to pay. They did not tell me in advance about the charges, and said nothing about them until I noticed my bill was $35 higher than they had quoted me minutes before. When I asked about the extra charge, they pointed to a tiny postcard-sized sign off to the side explaining they were now having to charge 'service' charges for credit card use. I have been going there off and on for 15 years and have used credit cards every time, yet they have not tried this particular scam in the past. It is a shame they have felt the need to do their now ex-customers this way. You have been warned... :)
