Do Not Buy From This Company!! I purchased a part for my mower. The part was in stock and I ordered 2-day shipping because I needed the part right away. I received 2 emails stating that the order was received and being processed. The day the part was suppose to arrive...it still had not been pulled or shipped. When I called customer service they apologized, admitted it was their mistake but would not next-day the part out. So even though they dropped the ball, I have to pay for their mistake. The company doesn't honor their obligations...but your parts from some other company if at all possible...!!

I do not recommend this company for parts. My son ordered a part, found out it was the wrong one, and Small Engine Warehouse, easily took our money, however will not take the part back for a replacement order for the right one. Very Poor Customer service. i do not recommend.
