I contracted a $30,000 landscaping job with Patrick Brogan. He held $10,000 deposit for 4 months before starting project. He estimated 2-3 weeks to complete job. It took over 3 months to complete. Many days no one showed up with no communication to let me know. My neighbors were angry about the fill dirt being dumped on our street for 2 months, limiting parking. He removed my front steps to replace them and told me I would be without front access for 24 hours. The new steps took more than 30 days during which time I had to climb over my neighbors railing to to enter my home. He handed me a bill at end of job for additional $3500, which was never agreed upon. We had no contract for an additional $3500. Now the trees he planted (and charged me over $500 per tree) are all dying. He refuses to look at them unless I give him $3500. I called his wholesale nursery and they confirmed I was charged 5x the price of the trees and that it is his responsibility to quarantee them. They also confirmed that these trees were discounted even more since he purchased them after November and they should NOT have been planted in December. He assured me planting them after the freeze would be fine. Today the front step he charged me $2450 cracked. DO NOT USE this company unless you want to pay 5x the amount you should be paying and have trees that die, poor communication, steps that fall apart within 6 months of being installed with no quarantee on any of the work provided. Very poor decision on my part to trust this company.

Linda S is crazy these guys are professional and do a great job. They arent cheap but you get what you pay for. My only complaint is that they schedule jobs with a several day window.

Gave him $500.00 to do a plan. I told him I wanted to spend about $5000.00 Gave me an estimate for $ 17,000 and than refused to refund my 500.00. The plan he developed did not fit my needs and he refused to adjust or refund my deposit. SCAMMER BEWARE
