We brought a 2012 Backcountry X Ski Doo to Duluth Lawn and Sport for some simple warranty work...an update of the computer. After calling multiple times and being told "they're working on it", we called BRP to get some answers. BRP contacted Duluth Lawn and Sport and got our situation straightened out. We got the call to pick the sled up one day later, after they had it for ONE months time...during prime riding weather. During the pick-up we signed no paperwork and the sled came back running like **** and MISSING 200 miles.Duluth Lawn and Sport switched the computer out on the Backcountry X for someone else's and gave us the crappy one, thinking we wouldn't notice the small difference in mileage. We took the sled to the original dealer it was purchased from and they told us that the sled had never been updated at all. They did the updates and had the sled done in four days time.After being treated so poorly, I wouldn't buy anything from them or even let them attempt your warranty work. Don't even waste your time purchasing a T-Shirt.
