Loved our carpet, however the service was awful. Installers left our house a mess with personal trash as well as nails all over the place. Placed a seamed together piece of carpet on a visible stair. Had to repeatedly call to have repairs made. Installers were unprofessional and they were not on time for the initial install or the repairs. What was supposed to be one day install of 2 rooms and a hallway turned into 2 days. I would not recommend them. The carpet is exactly what I ordered, but it by far does not make up for the lack of customer service or attention to detail
