Provided by YPmobileBrought them in for a simple adjustment, dental assistant kept grinding them down to nothing, when I couldn't keep them in my mouth no matter what I used, she called me delusional, she wouldn't have ground them down like that. Got a refund, I bought the ultimate, full set.
