River City Paving is a major producer and supplier of hot mix asphalt.  Our company produces hot mix asphalt in state-of-the-art asphalt plants equipped with the latest technologies for production efficiency and emission controls.  Hot mix asphalt is considered the "pavement of choice" because it is durable, 100% recyclable, and economical.  Additionally, hot mix asphalt is versatile and can be used in various applications and designs to best serve your projects needs.
