IIW was incorporated in February 1982 and became an employee-owned company in 1999. It has continued progressive growth, meeting increasing market and client needs. The company has more than 60 employees, including more than 10 licensed professionals. IIW provides engineering services to a large number of communities and private companies in eastern Iowa, northwestern Illinois and southwest Wisconsin. IIW Engineers & Surveyors principal office is located in Dubuque, Iowa, in addition to individual professionals that are licensed to practice in Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota and South Dakota.
