Beyond irritated. I went into the Dublin store for hair dye and something to strip the color out of my hair. The girl came over to me and asked if I needed help. I said I did. I told her I had never been here before and that I usually buy a box color that has everything I need in it. Then I told her why I was there. She handed me a box and told me that it would get the current color out of my hair and then pointed out some hair color brands she liked. For both of the products she handed me, the directions were inside the sealed boxes. At no point did she tell me that I also needed a developer cap, gloves, a color mixing bowl and an additional chemical for the hair dye she pointed out to me. On top of that, the item she recommended to strip the color from my hair did not work even after following the instructions and repeating the process 4 times...
