I have been bringing my dogs to RascalUnit for over 6 yrs. They have moved to a new location last year and they have gone down hill since!!! I have had to go there 4 times in the last month and the service is horrible!! Hire more people!!! You are guaranteed to wait anywhere between 1 1/2 hours to 3 hours before even being seen. Then you wait again for another hour (easily) in a little room.... This is just for shots!!!! Very disappointed. I will go to Hillard Happy Pets (Bren Lor). Cost around the same and you are in & out!!!!
