Had supposedly the 1st appointment of the morning at 8 a.m. but was not seen until 8:45 a.m. Also was charged for office visit after my prior follow-up appointment was cut short since they didn't have my report from the pain management specialist which they referred me to. Finally had to wait about 2 months to be seen because their doctor I was supposed to see, left their practice.
