The man who answered the phone didnt even give me a chance to say hello before he started repeatedly saying "HELLO" into the receiver..he was so rude i almost didnt know what to say after our initial hellos. I asked about rates and if they were running any specials he responded with "NO young lady were not running any specials! Oils up 3 cents today!" Again i was taken back i then told him "well thanks, theres no need to be rude!" and hung up. UNREAL. We were on the phone for less then 2 mins and he acted as if i was inconveniencing him by calling....Thanks but no thanks ill take my money else where. REALLY need to work on their customer service. Will NEVER recommend them to anyone or even think about calling again.

I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. iI AM SURE THAT I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
