The Exton, PA location performed a title transfer of my vehicle to my daughter in law in Florida. Four months later I received a registration notice from PA. I had some additional questions -- I already knew that selling to someone in Florida was different than selling to another PA resident. I was trying, however, to understand what to do with the old license plate. The woman who answered the phone kept talking over me, squashing my questions. She kept saying, if you don't ask the right questions, we don't tell you anything. That attitude is something I can't abide. I would never use them again.
