Amazing! The people that work there are wonderful and helped with all of my needs. They got me everything I needed in a timely fashion and set it all up.

I called Mobility Express first thing this morning,, they had their repair person call me shortly thereafter. We set up a time at 1:30 that afternoon and Don and my wife removed the scooter from our van. Don took the scooter inside, and within 45 minutes, I was given back my scooter in perfect operating condition, which I was counting on, as we were going on a cruise within the next 10 days. Thank you Mobility Express, especially Don. We will continue to do business with them in the future.

Since the scooter store went out of business, I couldn't find anyone to service Mom's powerchair. Mobility Express was there, got it fixed in no time. We ended up buying a stairlift from them too - great service!

Our experience with sales was decent. They're friendly and knowledgeable when you can track them down, but if you need something serviced, expect to call them many times (and leave many messages because you'll never get to speak with the right person) before anything happens. On the plus side, cancelling a service call is very straightforward; you just stop leaving messages and you'll never hear from them again.

Great showroom & friendly customer service. It's hard to get good customer service these days, but these people were really helpful and nice! Great showroom with lots of stuff to look at. BTW - they moved down the road and are at 4301 Lincoln hwy.

I was shopping for my Mom who just had a stroke - there's sooo many things to think about to bring her home I was really overwhelmed. They took the time to really help me think of everything and were able to bill alot of it to mom's insurance! A real personal touch - thanks!

Good customer service, friendly, lots of equipment ot look at

So me and my mother were trying to get my wheel chair bound father home for a weekend, and we called mobility express, the said they have a bigger van comming 10-4-10 and that they would check to see if his ecect. wheel chair would fit and call us! my mother had to go in today just to find out it does fit and somebody else too it for THAT EXACT SAMN WEEKEND! so little so say i was pissed! so if your setting yourself up for dissipointment Go here if not i wouldnt even call them their service to My mother and myself has been sooooo RUDE!!
