Total rip off

They want to charge me $615 for a heater hose assembly, as they call it. Looking up the parts prices, it is a $40 part. And they want to charge me $30 to get the part overnighted, or my vehicle will take up to 2 weeks to get fixed. I assure you, my car will not be fixed by them.

sticky situation

I had my oil changed there. When I got in my car to leave the steering wheel felt sticky,then I looked at my hand's they were black and dirty. my gear shifter was also oily and dirty. They don't care. I'm done with quickey auto care.

Can't trust

This Firestone said we needed $1900 worth of work done for inspection. We did not have the work done (the vehicle wasn't even worth that much), but had my uncle from out-of-town take a look at it when he was visiting and he said the most we needed was new brakes! We took it somewhere else and they recommended just the brakes and a new tire - so it was about $400 NOT $1900! I totally felt like they were trying to rip us off and we had used this place for a few years (how much money did we pour down the drain?). Why is it so hard to find a mechanic who is going to be honest?
