We had a problem with our oil burner and called several places for an estimate to replace it. Joe was the first to answer immediately and make an apt to give us an estimate for natural gas heater . We were so impressed with his professionalism and energy , we cancelled the others and went with his company. He did a great job. He was flexible and resolved any problems that came up. We recommend his company without hesitation.

We needed to replace our Heat Pump and were glad we found Joe. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Dibiase Heating. Joe asked the right questions and gave us clear answers. He then did what he said he would do and at the best price. We are very happy we chose Dibiase and highly recommend them to anyone who needs service or a new system.

They were very professional and courteous...did a top notch job on replacing my heat pump/ac unit...very thorough and provided superior service. I will only use them for HVAC repairs from now on after having problems with previous HVAC suppliers. They treated me like I was their #1 customer and that is how all vendors should treat people. It's amazing how so many don't.

From the first intorductory - interview phone call to the moment the job was done, Joe handled himself as a proffessional and courteous individual. Having some mechanical knowledge myself, I found myself very impressed with Joe's knowledge of the equipment and his willingness to answer any question that I asked. His answers were detailed and very well explained. In addition to Joe's knowledge of the HVAC equipment, he came to the house after hours (at our request), found the problem and resolved the problem in less than an hour. And once complete, he made sure that all other componets on the equipment were running well - ie checking freon pressure, wiring, debris around the compressor, etc. I would recommed Joe without any heistation.
