RUINED my Wedding dress!!!!!

This place deserves 0 stars. I took my wedding dress to be cleaned in preparation for my wedding here. First, they told me my dress would be ready in 1 week (on Friday 7/20) and when I came to pick it up, they told me they didn’t have it ready and that they would have it ready by Tues 7/24.
My dress was Ivory with Silver around the embroidery, but when I got it back it was yellowed and the embroidery is white with hardly any silver lining. My wedding dress is ruined and it can not be restored anymore!!!!

The manager refuses to let me talk to the owners or give me their contact information.
I have pictures to prove that they ruined my dress and yet they deny any responsibility for damaging my dress that cost over $1500 plus alterations.

Such a nightmare!!!

great service ! i always come here to get my dresses clean and best part they take out all the wine stains !
