Very rude. Bad customer service. Will never go back. These people will leave you on hold for over 30 minutes and never check back. Laughed at me when I called to check on the status my lawn mower. I would rather buy a new one then deal with these people.

Awful place. Very rude owners. Avoid this place. There attitude makes me realize that don't want or deserve your business

I am writing this review for my 69 year old father. He is retired and lives on a fixed income. He has a 5 acre yard which is keeps looking like a golf course. He recently purchased a $150 part for his tractor from Pugh's. Turns out it was the wrong part, too big. He asked to return it, still in the original package, unopened. He offered to pay the shipping and restock fee. The manager/owner Ms. Patty Pugh refused. Their return policy, which is posted, states at managements discretion. Now the part that really angers me is, she offered to take the part back for 50% off, if he where to purchase, for $200, the entire assembly piece which is more than he needed. So for $275, he could have his part to fix his tractor. My father has frequented this business for years. Needless to say, he will no longer. Ms. Pugh, nice job of taking care of your customers.
