I had a horrible experience here. First I'm from Pennsylvania and I drive to Delaware on a daily basis. Well my car broke down to later find out it was a fuel pump at pep boys in Dover Delaware near Dover downs . It took them a hour and 30 minutes to realize it was the fuel pump and charged me 98 for that diagnostic test . And then they charged 898 dollars for the whole work which took them till 1:30pm . The workers were rude when I asked how much longer and employees some was joking around king you I been there since 8am first one in line . Will never go back to a pep boys because they rip you off.

I had the best experience at Pep Boys Auto Parts & Service...From the moment I walked into the store Trey was so helpful. He walked me through getting rims for my truck, ensured that I stayed within my budget and remembered me when I came in to have them put on. Brian was my next customer service experience...He made sure that I had everything that I needed to have my rims put on and had a smile that could light up a room. Then on my appointment day, Justin completed the final icing on the cake...He took care of my truck, ensured that everything that I asked for was taken care of and did an awesome job at putting the rims on. Thank you Pep Boys!!!

I had a great experience at Dover Pep Boys. Customer Service Rep. Bob was very helpful, polite, patient, and caring.



I had to get new brakes, pads, and rotors--- he made sure my wait was pleasant and not long. Bob waited on me within a good time frame.

Some items needed (in my price range) were out of stock, he made sure that I got best price for better grades. Bob explained the work involved explicitly. He demonstrated care for his customers. I just wanted to say, "thank you."
