Michael is temperamental and I am not sure he knows what he is doing. I took my car for work to be done and it took almost two weeks for him to just give a straight answer about what was going with the car. Also, when I went to pick up my car he blames me for him losing money. I thought he was very unprofessionalism in the way he handled our last conversation.
