I have never had a bad experience at Chapman Green Salon. They listen to exactly what you want-then they tell you what cut would look best-color ect. I have had my hair cut/colored many places and I have never been to a place that can top Chapman Green! I love the salon, stylists are so kind and great prices.!!! I would recommend Chapman Green to anybody-My husband even compliments my haircuts from there!! This is truly Dothan's high-end salon!!!

So I showed hair colorist an exact picture of what I wanted. Didn't get what I asked for...colorist told me to come back in a few days & she'd fix it. Then she had the receptionist call me to tell me that she didn't feel comfrotable doing my hair! Basically I paid a lot of money to get my hair screwed up! They said they'd send me my money back but it's been a week and I'm still waiting!!! So pissed!

Oh yeah and come to find out that a neighbor also had the same exact experience there! Only they told her never to come back because she kept going into the salon demanding they fix her hair! I wish I had known that before I went in there. Stylist should be able to take some criticism then fix thier mistakes. It's not like I was rude about not liking it...besides she freakin' lied about re-doing it!!! Would not recommend this salon to ANYONE!
