There is Not enough praise for this company and their technician. We had MOCool send a couple of rip off thugs to us, tried to rip us off, did not even get our approval to do some work then when we told them NO and to take what ever it was out, we are sure they did more damage to our a c . We called VORTEX AIR and thank heavens for this company and their technician in Palmetto Bay. He came the first day, diagnosed the problems, got approvals to fix, the next day his company sent him with the parts and he installed a hard start kit as well as repaired the problem. My own husband is a certified mechanic , we know this man was amazingly knowledgable most of all he was genuine and friendly and pleasant to deal with. Vortex saved us over $1000.oo or more if we have had to get a new unit. We are now Vortex customers for life.
