I needed a very specific Toyota model with very specific add-on packages, so I put the model together on Edmonds.com. Within minutes of submitting my request, I got a call from Jessica at Doral Toyota, who subsequently put me in touch with Jose Fong in the Sales Department. Jose was tireless in his efforts to secure the car with my exact specifications. He tracked one from the time it was still in transit, through its arrival in Jacksonville, and then to its delivery at Doral Toyota. Even though no money had changed hands, Jose held the car for me until I could get to Doral Toyota, and then worked with me to come up with a fair price, knowing that other dealerships had also contacted me as a result of the submission on Edmonds. He was the opposite of a high-pressure salesperson, listening to and responding to my questions and concerns like a true gentleman. Jose was honest throughout the entire process, and he was always open about what was happening in front of and behind the scenes. He took all the stress and bother out of buying a new car, because he did not pull any of the typical salesperson antics. He made the sale because he was a good guy, knowledgeable about the cars and the purchasing process, and up-front and truthful from beginning to end. I can't speak for the other salespeople at Doral Toyota, but if you are looking to buy a new Toyota with a minimum of stress, and you want an honest salesperson who will really listen to you, look no further than Jose Fong at Doral Toyota.
