Provided by YP.comI will not be going to the Sears in Dodge City again. The service there is terrible. We waited over 6 weeks to hear back from them on a simple matter. We had to call and go up there multiple times and the "manager" was always out or busy. All we wanted to do was buy a dishwasher! Apparently they do not need or want our business.

Provided by YP.comI had a problem with the lawn cart i bought at the store. The sales associate made it right with out me having to speak with the manager and i walked away happy.
