This operation is unprofessional and lacking in courtesy. When I called and asked for their business, they informed me that they would be over to fix my garage door the next afternoon. That afternoon came and went, these guy never showed up. They didn t even bother to call and inform me that they were not going to be able to make it. I was just left waiting and wondering where they were. That evening, my wife called and left a polite message for them questioning why they they didn t come when they had said they would. She expressed to them that it is unprofessional to make an appointment and not keep it without any sort of notice. The next morning, I received a phone call from the owner. He explained that they had gotten tied up the day before. He said that s why they were unable to make the appointment they had scheduled with me the day before. He then went on to tell me that they had planned to come to my house that morning and fix my door, but he didn t like the message that we left inquiring about their previous no show. He told me that because of that message, he would no longer be willing to do business with me. In other words, he would not come to my house and fix my garage door. I explained to Mr. Wilson that I understood them being backed up and not being able to make the previous appointment. But, I went on to explain that considering I was sitting around expecting them all day, a simple phone call telling me what was going on would have been courtious. Mr. Wilson offered no appology. I find that to be very unprofessional and uncourtious. I will gladly take my business elsewhere to a reliable company.
