Just read the last review and wow, same experience. I set up two separate appts for my daughter and I so she wouldn't get bored. They cancelled her appt and made it my problem. So now we are here on the same day. I waited 30 mins after my appt time to get seen, they charged me to get my teeth whiten but refuse to do the job because it would cut into their lunch, refused to refund me (told me to call my bank) and icing in the cake had no chair for my child to sit in so she stood the whole 3 hours I was there.

I almost never write negative comments about a business. My experience was some the people working at this dental office are the most incompetent bunch of folks I’ve ever encountered. They scheduled an appointment for both me and my child but he was cancelled by them. Dental assistant singing in my ear while putting the ex-ray film in my mouth to take pictures. They didn’t accommodate me by letting my child sit in the space while I was getting serviced. They advised him to stand up the entire time instead. “Negative” I spoke to 2 dental assistant idiots with mad attitude, terrible customer service etiquette. While preparing to get fully serviced they heavily vexed my spirit with disregard and dismissiveness to my needs. I attempted to explain to Dr. Warner my issue and with further resistance and he told me I’m sorry I have other customers. I said well you just lost two, and we both walked out. I don’t understand why such opposition from black business owner..smh.
