Worst braiding salon in district heights MD owner is rude that speak in French about you in ya face and they don't know how to braid cause I suffered hair loss

CUSTOMERS BEWARE...COUPON SCAM. I've been going to this shop for almost a year. I finally reached the last punch on the coupon card which entitled me to 1/2 off. When I presented the coupon card, the braider Diana told me I would have to use next time because its only good Mon-Thurs. I told her it doesn't state that on the card nor on the website. So we continued to go back and forth. Then she tried to charge me $200 for the same style I've been getting for $180. Not only that but they didn't have the hair color I normally get so me and another braider were out on a scavenger hunt looking for hair color 1b30. This will be my last time going to this shop, they don't honor their coupons, they try to overcharge you...so keep your receipts if you plan to return and they don't value loyal customers!!
