i purchased a laptop from walmart and bought the extended warranty. when my computer froze up and would not work. so i called walmart since i had the warranty and asked if i came in would they replace it. the employee replied yes. so i came in to trade in and the manager told me no and that my warranty will cover it so i had to call walmarts warranty center. i told them my computer issue and their reply was " there is nothing we can do for you and we can not replace your computer." so dont ever buy the warranty because its another way to get money and they dont care if your not satisfied. $50 down the hole.
