I came in with a broken driver side mirror and the service dept was excellent. I told the service guy that I wanted to take a look at the newer F150 Platinum's on the lot. He gave me to Kris Shaulis and it was all up hill from there. Kris listened to all my must haves and showed me a vehicle that fit best for what I told him I wanted.

My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from Astro Ford and always received courteous professional service. I always bring my vehicles there for service and repairs. My Ford CMax was recently rearended and required extensiive body work. The vehicle looks like new. You would never believe it was ever damaged. I totally recommend the team at Astro Ford.

this is a FRAUD ALERT . These people are all con artist and criminals. People like this should be in jail, Oh wait I forgot, they have been in jail! They all have criminal records! Be weary people, this group of people. they are great when you are trying to get a car and they will do anything and everything for you until you sign and purchase, you will be completely screwed over. They falsify car documents as if everything is alright, do not follow up on their word to fix anything wrong with the vehicles and they make FRAUDULENT statements about the cars on the lot. They drive all of the cars that they sell for personal use, especially the luxury cars, until they get tired and move on to another one. They flash the cars on their own . I was able to get their names and follow them on a social website. They are not big enough to make it on American Greed anytime soon but they are definitely involved in fraudulent and illegal and dirty work trying to fund their “Over their means” lifestyles which they obviously would never be able to afford.
