Starting with their HR department who failed to back-up and support an innocent employee from being fired at NO fault of his own, their director of sales lives in a reality of his own. Vincent (Owner), I shed blood and sweat in your company, kept patient when bashed by your customers, worked overtime when not clocked in, yet I never once raised my eyebrow when my check didn't compensate me for any of that. The least I could have expected was a little feedback from your director of sales for my professional growth (as your employee) which was something you visioned for your company. Your director of sales, in front of my direct supervisor, strictly told me "decision is final I just have to find an excuse to fire you" when I asked why I was being terminated from your company. Did we misinterpret the vision of your company or is this the reality of what you want your company to be? Is this how your future employees are going to be treated? I am taking this injustice and crime to the Media.
