Service and repair worst I have ever seen. Took my car to this shop Nov. 27 because my windshield was fogged due to failing heater core. They were supposed to replace heater core, Estimate $450, no form. Got it back Dec. 4, windshield still fogged, they told me I could clean it with Windex. I took car home. Next day I drove it down E. Jefferson to buy window cleaner.The windshield got foggier and foggier until I smashed into the back of a large pickup because I couldn't see a thing. My car totaled. I went to get battery out of car next day, opened hood, saw that they had not put the firewall in front of the heater core back in. Warranty said 1 year on parts, 30 days labor. They never gave me my original part. They refused to pay me back the $575 I gave them so I now have to go to court. DO NOT GO THERE. This store must be a front. They know nothing about cars. When I asked co-owner Randall what was missing in photo showing no firewall, he didn't know what I was talking about. See photos.
