Ordered flowers with confirmation. Received a voicemail that they could not deliver the order. When I called back for an explanation the person stated they couldn't deliver to the hospital. She never gave an explanation, when I asked for an explanation she said because of the flooding. There was no offer to deliver at another time or day. She never stated anything regarding a refund and just disconnected the call.

I ordered through their website (Order Confirmation: 26354), flowers did not arrive, I called to complain, they said they didn't get the order. Basically didn't care, too bad for me. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

Korash Florist has quality not quanity. The most beautiful and fresh flowers. They stand behind there name. My church has done business with Korash forever. Every Sunday, holiday or when we have a church program that need flowers they come from Korash. Waiting for service to start my eye always catches the beautiful floral arrangements. My family also have bought flowers from Korash from over 60 yrs. Sometimes it was for family funerals. We were always treated with respect. The staff lead by Mr. James Rodgers are always professional and polite. You get what you pay for and more. Fresh flowers and good service. They also send flowers out of state. Korash Florists was chosen as an asset to the City of Detroit by The Riverfront East Congregational Initiative (R.E.C.I.) for being in business in the city for over 100 yrs., giving good service and refusing to sell and flee Detroit when so many other businesses gave up. Korash delivered promptly when most florist were unable to for Sweetist Day. They were very friendly in which I was able to do my delivery over the phone on my lunch break. I sent a beautiful bouquet of roses to my girlfriend and the end result was she was very happy:) They were delivered the same day in a matter of hours. That was the main reason why I did business with them. Thanks Korash Florist. Great price too!!!

very prompt and the arrangements are exactly what you'd expect from a good florist, no surprises here.
