we have been really happy with our purchases from this store. No complaints yet.

This place is a joke!! I purchased a sofa, loveseat set from there in Feb. 2010. First, it came damaged(puncture in the leather) they at first said to get a different one I'd be without a Sofa but I wouldn't agree to that so I did get to use the damaged one until I got a different one. The next one came a month later and you could see the plywood boards. Not happy at all with how cheaply made the furniture was. I also paid to Scotch Guard it and paid for the 5 year stain plan. Buyers beware it's a joke!!!My couches are now full of stains and no one wants to resolve this problem. Not even the Stain Plan company, they'll come clean one spot after you explain the spot, if it's less then 14 days old,, and only 1 spot! I have been a customer for 5 years and this year it's new people in the store who's customer service is poor. I will no longer be a customer of theirs! The problems continue with the furniture and they don't back up anything they promised. I'm reporting them to the B.B.B.
