Horrible customer service would not recommend to anyone mis spelled name and sent t shirts when webesite pictured tank tops

Ordered five shirts and one came damaged. I sent emails of which only some were answered and none of the calls placed were returned. I sent pictures of the shirt damage and the packaging. She stated I had to return the shirt so she could compare it to the pictures she had of them. She said then blamed usps! Took NO responsibility and told me I procrastinated. I order all the time on line including all my food and clothes from multiple online merchants and when I can I use small businesses. This was the worst experience the customer service was horrible. I would NOT recommend them or the merchandise

Worst experience ever!!! Took 6 weeks to make a few shirts. When one came in damaged she refused to take responsibility and then just ignored me after I asked for it to be replaced.

This business is horrible! They took a bunch of orders from etsy and their website before Christmas and didn't fulfill them, left a bunch of people hanging without their Christmas presents. They don't answer emails or respond to texts. Do not order from them!
