I Love O'Hare Honda

I love the service at this Honda dealership. The service agents are very nice and try to help you with discounts and repairs wherever possible. I'm not familiar with the sales department so I can't comment on that department but the service department is great!

I just purchased a new honda civic from this dealership 5 months ago and my experience was great! If I could give a 10 I would!! Everyone was super friendly, and easy to talk to. They understood that this was my first car buying experience on my own, and didn't take advantage of that fact. Everything was explained to me by the sales person and finance person. They answered every single question that I had and did not pressure me one bit. I really appreciated all of their help and effort in helping me decide which car was right for me. I was dreading going to any dealership and was really suprised to find such great customer service here. It's really hard to find that these days. I love my civic now and have since had my first oil change at O'Hare and was VERY impressed with their service department as well. My oil change was done in the amount of time promised and everything that they did to my car was explained before I paid. I have sent my friends and family here already! Great Place

service not good after sell made

Treatment after my purchase of brand new car was not good. Commitment to pay $100 referral was ignored. Not even a little interest in finding out why customer is unhappy after dell. No issue with Service department and it seems like a good place to get service done.
