Waitress went through the motions, no offer of cracked pepper or refill on water. Steak medallions, ( the chef special that day) arrived barely room temp and barely choice. Tough, chewy and grainey. Sent meal back. Waitress took the meal to manager, he never bothered to approach our table. Reordered another steak with slightly better results. Tired, depressing and worn restaurant that has given up on good customer service and quality of food.
