Worst management behavior in an interview I've ever witnessed. Rude and unprofessional would be an understatement.



The Bentonville manager, Heather Foster, started the interview by refusing my resume(assuming it had 5+ previous jobs, when it did not), asking me my age and other personal questions, then proceeded to say nothing about the position, but persisted in bashing the company I came from and the people she had already hired from that company, she asked no questions over previous objective results and accomplishments, but insisted on lecturing me on not knowing their company's website word for word.



I was speechless for most of it as I've never expected the worst of managers to behave in such an unprofessional and undignified way.



I stopped by 4 days later to speak with her, she was out for "family troubles", left my number, and later got an email from her saying that she felt "threatened" and would call the police if I showed up again.



What a crazy woman.

To anyone who is interested in working with TMC. I personally would not recommend it. In my personal experience. Since the first day of orientation. I was harassed,disrespect and discriminated against. I was also informed that they don't like to hire fat people because they cannot do the job. Eventually I was terminated for no apparent reason. Other than the fact that I don't fit in. What ever that may mean.  I don't know if it was because of my weight, brown skin or because I don't have any military background. But one thing I do know is that I would not recommend TMC to anyone.
