While moving we needed a Des Moines area storage unit and did extensive searching for clean, accessible, temperature controlled storage. We chose Park Avenue Self Storage and are so very glad we did. We rented a unit for almost 2 years and found it to meet all of our needs at an economical cost. Rich Leonard was easy to work with and provided exceptional customer service. I give Park Avenue Self Storage my highest recommendation for anyone needing a storage unit in the Des Moines area.

We rented a storage unit for our daughter while she attended AIB College of Business. Rich was wonderful to work with and always available to answer questions. The facility is very clean, climate controlled and safe! Just what we were looking for!
