I will never rely on Luxxor again, and I am recommending people use other transportation services. Luxxor was contracted by me to do my wedding transportation (a simple transport from point A to point B). I should have known they'd be a problem when it took them 3 weeks and several follow-up phone calls from me to get them to send me the contract. They were to pick my husband and me up at 3:30. At 3:40, I had heard nothing from them so called to see where they were. It was then that I was told their vehicle had a "flat tire" and they had no available drivers to send another vehicle. The soonest they could pick us up with another vehicle was 4:45. Luckily, my husband and I did not drink too much so we drove ourselves to the hotel; which was the LAST thing we wanted to do on our wedding day!! Their story becomes more suspicious when we drove the route and saw no disabled vehicles along the road. A refund of our money is definitely not enough compensation!!

I used Luxxor Limousines last week for a Christmas Lights Tour with a group of family and friends. Everyone was so please with the overall experience. First of all Mark the chauffeur was so nice, polite, and professional. He was truly interested in how we were and whether we were enjoying ourselves. Overall I give them an A+ rating, great night and a great company. Thank you very much!
