I have been personal training since 1989 and was the first class to be certified by ACE. I spent 10 years in the large health club setting before switching to a private studio, which is now my own business. We offer private/group personal training, and classes (Pilates, yoga, and strength training) and are located in Central Des Moines near the Art Center. My staff includes 7 trainers, 2 yoga teachers, and 4 massage therapists- all of who do a tremendous job taking great care of our clients!
