I have rented carpet at exhibits and displays a couple times because the price was within my budget, but honestly, I will pay extra to go somewhere else and not have to deal with Bill. He is a horrible person just horrible. I even told him he was rude and that I was going to go elsewhere with my business and he said ok and hung up on me.

I read the a review that was titled TERRIBLE BUSINESS and thought whoever wrote it was probably hard to get along with. After having dealt with "BIll" I am in total aggreement with the author of that review. I am the general manager of a well known business here in town and I have never dealt with rudeness and unprofessionalism as I did with this individual.

Never would I return to this place! I ordered some tables and chairs for an event and was treated VERY rudely by the older guy working there. He was the most unprofessional man I have EVER met!! The guy asked me if I was there to pick up chairs for my event.. I said "yep" thats me. He responded "what the "F" doesn't anyone "f'ing" speak english anymore? What the "f" does yep mean? Respond tome with Yes's or No's" He went on downtalking me all the way until I left with the chairs I was renting!! I actually went to pick them up at 2 in the afternoon, but was surpised to see a "be back at 3" sign.. On a Monday afternoon!! When I came back at 3 he told me to "hurry the F up" and load my stuff cause he had to leave..you gotta be kidding me, I couldn't believe it. He also did not offer any help loading the 40 chairs and 6 tables into my truck.. That was only half of it too.. Totally classless JERK!!! NEVER USE THEM FOR ANY RENTALS, BETTER OFF USING ANOTHER COMPANY!!! Never been treate
