I'm not sure why there are negative reviews. I've been vaping for 3 years and recently visiting both the 14th St location and the new Ankeny store. Experience at both locations have been top notch. Customer Service has been superb, and I haven't had any issues with any of the liquids I've tried.

The SW 9th store seem to Set there Own hours. I have been there Twice now? They Were to be open? No one there and the door locked. My Last adventure with them? Some Young Inexperienced kid in there, did not know Anything about the e cigs. I only needed some atomizers but he gave me the Wrong ones. I needed the 2.2 and he gave me different. I didn't notice until I got home. In Carlisle !! Needless to say? I made them work. Lost a lot of juice doing it but made them work. Plus? There was like 5 people behind the counter and making it Very Confusing !! I swear one of them was on meth as he wai30 s shaking so bad and out of sorts. I don't know. Your Other store is to far for me to travel. There are Now many more e cig shops opening up. A new one on Franklin owned by Father/ Daughter team. I am going there June 3rd to buy my new Joytech EGo 1800 MaH Twist and Kanger Tech Pro Tank. Or an i30 Clearomizer. Their Juice is cheaper also. I also read you sold "Mock" items that were to be by another manufacturer .. I Don't like the "Smok" brand. Only Joytech and Kanger Tech. Yes, I am a Pro at Vaping and you need to get Pro Workers in that SW 9th Store !!

Purchased a bottle of mint juice from these people that irritated my lungs so badly that I could barely breathe. Went in to complain and was told that I was mistaken (I've been doing this for 5 years) and refused to exchange the faulty product. I certainly will never do business with them again and will make an appointment to see my doctor in the morning. Further, I am sending this defective juice to a laboratory for analysis. Really poor customer service and apparently they hire people that are incapable of making good decisions...

We currently have a large selection of electronic cigarettes, and a variety of tanks and flavors to compliment every type of person that currently smokes traditional cigarettes. We have expanded our selection to also include a variety of advanced e-cigs and a DIY section for those more experienced vapors.

While the products cost a few dollars more than online venders, this vender is an A+ vender. Very personable, not all about the money, more about a positive customer satisfaction. They have a great testing center where individuals are allow to try the flavors of E Liquid before you buy them (deffinate perk of local location) along with a happy to serve you personality. I have been vaping for over a year prior to the opening of this story, and I am familiar with the products that they sell and most of their products are of high quality and highly represented in the e cig industry. Only reason I gave them four stars instead of 5 is they only sale E Liquid in 10 ml bottles making stocking up for your six month supply fairly costly in comparison to other venders online; however, this is a fairly small trade off for a local area to buy all your vaping goods. No more having to order liquids a month in advance to make sure it makes it to your house before you run out or if you do run out waiting, theirs always somewhere around that s more cost efficient than other "local venders" (ex. walgreens, tobacco stores, gas stations, and grocery stores) and quality products vs. them cheap stick e cigs that batteries only last 3 to 4 hours.
